Managed IT plans cover up to 5 users. Businesses with 6 or more users are charged an additional $45 per user per month, or can request a fully custom quote. PC Guru will assess your setup before finalizing any plan.
New managed IT clients pay a one-time onboarding fee equal to their first month's service fee. This covers system assessment, documentation, and initial setup. At signing, you'll pay the onboarding fee plus your first month β then auto-pay handles the rest monthly.
Yes. Managed IT plans start with a 6-month agreement. After that, clients can renew on a 12-month term. Either party can cancel with 30 days written notice. Hourly support has no contract requirement.
Additional labor beyond what's included in your plan is billed at $80/hr β a $10/hr discount off the standard rate. You'll always be informed before any extra work begins.
